College Essay Bootcamp
Don’t know where to start & want me to walk your senior through the college application essay writing process? This bootcamp is for you! We will begin the week by considering the Common App prompt options & finish with a revised essay!
Coaching students through the college essay writing process has been one of the highlights of my career, as it offers students the opportunity to look back at their growth while dreaming for the future. When approached with hopeful determination, writing the college essay can provide seniors with a rich, meaningful experience.
This weeklong camp runs Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 Central. Limited to 8 spots per week. Please expect some work outside of camp time, so students can successfully complete their essays.
Day 1: Know Thyself (Identity Brainstorming)
Day 2: Choosing the Right Topic
Day 3: Outlining & Planning Your Essay
Day 4: First Workshop
Day 5: Final Workshop
*This Bootcamp also includes detailed feedback from me on final draft ($60 value).
